From our humble beginnings to becoming a global leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, we’ve always stayed true to our mission: to deliver high-quality, innovative products that meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients.

Milestones (2004 to 2025)

2004 - 2010

  • 2004 - Incorporated as Private Limited Company
  • 2005 - Obtained the ‘UKB’ trademark
  • 2008 - Established a manufacturing plant in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
  • 2010 - Commencement of operations in manufacturing plant in Chennai

2011 - 2016

  • 2011 - Established New Plant in Pune
  • 2012 - Commenced of operations in manufacturing plant in Goa
  • 2016 - Diversified into the internet and communication technology (ICT) industry

2017 - 2023

  • 2020 - Established a manufacturing plant in Ghiloth, Rajasthan
  • 2023 - Established a manufacturing plant in Supa Parner Industrial Park, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra
  • 2023 - Expanded our customer base to the aerospace and defence sectors upon receipt of registration as a vendor with the Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval)

2024 - 2025

  • 2024 - Expanded our customer base to include the mass transport sector
  • 2024 - Registered two designs under provisions of the Designs Act, 2000 and the Design Rules, 2001
  • 2025 - Established a warehouse in Mexico
  • 2025 - Converted to a public limited company
  • 2025 - Expanded our customer base to e-mobility sector by introducing EV chargers in our product portfolio
  • 2025 - Established a manufacturing plant in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh
