We are an integrated electronic manufacturing services provider with end-to-end capabilities in product design, prototyping and manufacturing electronic and electrical products and solutions. Our key diversified product portfolio groups in EMS are broadly divided into two categories, (i) Home appliances and consumer electronics; and (ii) strategic electronics. We have more than two-decades of experience in the EMS industry which has enabled us to develop deep insights into the preferences, expectations, and stringent quality requirements of OEMs in India and globally. We operate 11 strategically located Manufacturing Facilities across Pune (Maharashtra), Ahmednagar (Maharashtra), Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Ghiloth (Rajasthan), Goa, Sri City (Andhra Pradesh), and Chennai (Tamil Nadu). Our manufacturing facilities are strategically located in proximity to our customers, enabling us to meet their needs in a time and cost-efficient manner.

Pursuant to a board and shareholders’ approval dated March 4, 2025 and March 26, 2025 respectively, the Company was converted from private limited company to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed from ‘ UKB Electronics Private Limited’ to ‘UKB Electronics Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
