The Assembly Process

Our process ensures every blower is built for reliability and peak performance. It includes integrating the core motor and control PCBA, mounting and dynamically balancing the impeller for vibration-free operation, assembling the housing, and conducting full performance validation tests for airflow (CFM), pressure, and noise levels.
